The first open enrollment deadlines are just a few weeks away! The long holiday weekend is a great time to submit your student’s application. Application deadlines are:

 

Application deadlines are as follows:

  • Dec. 1 - Specialty schools/programs
  • Dec. 1 - High school students who wish to be notified of their placements by Dec. 22.
  • Jan. 15 - General open enrollment for elementary, middle and high school students.

    As the Thanksgiving holidays approach next week, many of us start to think about going over the river and through the woods to grandmother's house. Unfortunately, holiday travel with our families can be very stressful, especially if your child has sensory issues, autism, anxiety or other special considerations. Our colleagues at Nationwide Children's On Our Sleeves remind us to plan ahead and offer 24 tips for traveling and how best to enjoy the ride - whether by plane, car or just across town.
