May is Mental Health Awareness Month

How are you really doing today? With May arriving, this is a critical question to ask as we acknowledge National Mental Health Awareness Month. It represents a time to remember the importance of checking in with ourselves and those in our social circles to consider behavioral and mental health. During May and every day, take time for yourself and offer compassion, grace and permission to know it is also okay not to be okay. Let's take a few minutes to learn more about mental health and finding support. Healing is possible.
